Today, we have a sneak peek at this gripping, edge of nowhere thriller.

The restricted trailer for Atomic Blonde has just debuted online ahead of its SXSW Film Festival debut this Sunday, March 12. An agent of Her Majesty's Secret Intelligence Service, Agent Lorraine Broughton (Theron) is on what seems to be an impossible mission. Check out the Atomic Blonde trailer below!

Atomic Blonde also stars John Goodman (Kong: Skull Island, 10 Cloverfield Lane), Til Schweiger (Tarort, Inglourious Basterds), Eddie Marsan (Ray Donovan, The World's End), Sofia Boutella (Star Trek Beyond, The Mummy) and Toby Jones (Captain America: The First Avenger).

The edgy look and pacing of the film is the signature of John Wick director David Leitch. His work here helped land him the coveted gig directing the upcoming Marvel sequel Deadpool 2 for 20th Century Fox.

He did not clarify where the BE-4 is headed, but the likeliest destination is Blue Origin's test site in West Texas. He says he's confident that small, incremental progress will help Blue Origin prosper in the long run.

The whole thing starts off with an impressive single take fight between Theron and two baddies in a stairwell. While she's done blockbuster action before - notably in Æon Flux and Mad Max: Fury Road - this could be her best showcase yet.

The story itself is based on a graphic novel written by Anthony Johnston called The Coldest City, and it marks David Leitch's first solo director credit without Chad Stohelski. Kurt Johnstad (300) wrote the screenplay for the adaptation.

We're not sure if Queen had in mind the sort of stylish ass kicking Charlize Theron lays down in the new trailer for the upcoming movie Atomic Blonde when they recorded "Killer Queen", but we can't think of a more appropriate song for the three-minute clip.
