Clarence Williams, 26, Gerry Thomas, 28, both of New Jersey were arrested and held without bail around 11 p.m. Monday, the New York Daily News reported.

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said the deaths have been ruled a homicide and that the investigation is ongoing.

According to TMZ, Kim's son Chris Camiscioli regularly drove the auto - which appeared to be an Audi S line - that's at the center of the double murder in Paterson, New Jersey. The mother of 27-year-old Aaron Anderson, who was in possession of DePaola's vehicle the day of the fire, arrived at the scene on late Friday afternoon to speak with Police. Law enforcement officials confirm the two men were shot in the head execution-style.

The name of the other victim hasn't officially been released but Antonio Vega's sister, Esmerelda, said he was shot in the head execution style and left to die in the burning vehicle with Anderson. The victims were burned beyond recognition.

Authorities confirmed that the white Audi is owned by Kim DePaola from the New Jersey "Housewives" show and driven by her son Christopher Camiscioli, 27.

DePaola believes the murders were gang-related - and not tied to the mafia.

According to TMZ, Camiscioli told Anderson to take the auto back to his house and leave it. She said Williams was her nephew's best friend.

TMZ reports Chris has not been able to reach the friend and is anxious. Anderson's mother told the Post that she "knew it was my son", but didn't elaborate on why he may have been killed.

According to TMZ, DePaola's son Chris regularly drives the auto, but was taken to the airport by a friend last week. She said her son didn't even like the kid. "Our deepest condolences go out to the victims' families of this truly horrific tragedy", she wrote.

Vega's father, Antonio Vega Sr., 47, said his son - who occasionally worked carpentry jobs with him - was expecting another daughter with his girlfriend.
