Up until this week's SmackDown Live, there were only three official matches on the card for Backlash, but more have been rumored.

Confrontation - Randy Orton, Jinder Mahal, Kevin Owens, AJ Styles, Baron Corbin and Sami Zayn: In the ring, Orton blamed Mahal as the sole reason he lost at Payback. WWE is promoting the fight as Nakamura's first PPV match.

This week's Smackdown Live was pretty good, considering they phoned it in all the way from the U.K. These Euro RAW and Smackdowns are always a little weird and very uneventful, but this episode ended up being slightly better than what we usually get when they go tape TV across the pond.

Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Naomi vs. That allowed Natalya to win by roll-up.

Tyler Breeze & Fandango continue to investigate The Usos ahead of WWE Backlash until they're forced to re-open a case they thought was closed.

Much more is contained in Ross' latest blog, including his thoughts on Roderick Strong on the main roster, Shinsuke Nakamura facing Dolph Ziggler at Backlash, Batista's success in Hollywood and much more.

Another match that was added to the card for Backlash is one that will showcase the women's division as a whole.

Breezango defeated The Ascension in a quick matchup to gain momentum for Backlash. Now all six of these ladies are heading into a 6-Woman Tag Team Match war. However, WWE SmackDown Live has been smart with these things to this point. Owens just got the title back around his shoulder, so we just can't see him losing it so quickly.

Since becoming the #1 Contenders to the SmackDown Tag Team Championships two weeks ago, Breezango has been featured in "The Fashion Files" video segments where they parody Law & Order. However, Jinder Mahal is the legal man. Mahal takes advantage of Orton's unawareness to pin the WWE Champion after a Cobra Clutch slam.
