With 567bhp going through the rear tyres, the new XJR575 will hit its electronically-limited 186mph top speed in 44 seconds, having passed 62mph in a traction-limited 4.4 seconds. A 10-inch touchscreen in the centre console offers a customisable home screen, and connectivity is improved with 4G Wi-Fi that up to eight devices can connect to.

Jaguar has unveiled the 2018 Jaguar XJR575, which is a high-performance version of the XJ flagship sedan.

Jeremy Hicks, managing director of Jaguar Land Rover UK, added: "There is huge momentum behind Jaguar in the UK at the moment with record sales, high footfall at retailers and more customers considering the brand than ever before".

Producing a mighty 423kW/700Nm from its supercharged 5.0-litre V8, the new XJR575 is named after the 575hp it produces - some 25hp (18kW) more than the old XJR.

Red brake calipers, 20-inch Farallon gloss-black annoy wheels, bespoke embossed tread plates and sports seats with diamond-quilting help the 575XJR stand out, as do the lower air intakes with gloss black surrounds and tailor-made side sills, front bumper and rear spoiler.

Malignaggi said his code is for sparring details to stay in the gym and they both did their share of sh*t talking and showboating. Mayweather and McGregor just embarked on a world wide tour to promote the fight and the trash talking left little to be desired.

Jaguar's Autonomous Emergency Braking now benefits from Pedestrian Detection, which uses the car's cameras to detect motion and pedestrians, to reduce risk of collision. With 571 lb-ft of torque it hits terminal velocity (186 mph) in 44 seconds, proven by Jag designer Wayne Burgess, who conducted the above interview about the auto during its less-than-a-minute top speed run.

"This is a performance vehicle, but that doesn't mean we have had to cut any corners when it comes to comfort or design", Callum said in a statement.

To ensure that anyone who doesn't notice these cosmetic differences indeed does, the XJR575 will also wear its name at the back.

Jaguar has revealed its updated XJ range due to go on sale in Australia early next year - with the big news being a ferocious new range-topping model. Pricing and availability for the XJR575 have not yet been announced.
